1. Viscosity:1.3-10 c.p.

2. Solidcontent: 8-15%

3. Coatingthickness gauge: 1.55-1.65g/m2 (On the chemicallywell-treated Al substrate)

4.Sensitivity: 830nm laser CTP Platesetter,120-140mJ/cm

5. Packging:Black PP or PE plastic barrels, 20kg

6. Coatingperformance: good for different coating technics, non-blue ornon-white defect

7. Coatingtemperature: 20-30 degree.

8. Developingconditions: Developing temperature: 23°C-28°C,time: 25-35 seconds.Newly produced developer can be usedfor 30-35 seconds at 23°C. With the aging of developer, developingtemperature should be raised, but better not extend developingtime. For newly produced developer, it can have shorter developingtime with higher temperature, such as 25°C for 30 seconds, butbetter not higher than 30°C.

9. Shelf life:6 months

10. Storageand handling: Liquid should be sealed stored at 5-25 degree, faraway frrom heat and fire.
